I think the Crossfire is a great car.......... for a girl. My youngest sister has one. I've driven it a few times, its real solid feeling on the road and is defiantly more of a touring car. Fit and finish is great along with the quality of materials. They are not really worth anything, I purchased her fully loaded automatic non-SRT model for $14,000 and it had less than 7,000 miles on it. If you paid a lot for it you might as well keep it and drive it into the ground.

On a serious note I played with a middle aged guy with a 07-08 crossfire with the V6. It was nasty fast on the highway. The Z probably has a slight edge but not a huge one.

Where the guy was amazed was going through the twisties. I dropped the guy so fast it was amazing. I agree with the comments on the crossfire being more of a touring car.

My 'touring' was slightly faster, same braking *due to weight*, and much better handling. I think my 350z is much more comfortable then the crossfire. JMO.

I would advise the z if you want a much more refined sportscar platform with resulting much superior handling. The crossfire could quite possibly be an awesome competitor, but right now it is just a good start. They need to work on the handling.

SRT-6 for sure. The non-supercharged crossfire is only 215hp, and its acceleration is nothing special for a sports coupe.

Threads like this make me lawl!!! People asking complete strangers via the internet if they think you should sell your car and buy another one. Not to mention this forum will be very biased....of course everyone will say you should ditch the crossfire and buy the Z. In the end you need to make the decision for yourself

The Crossfire is a very nice car. It's an outstanding performer and roomier.

The Z is a noisy, uncivilized, slow, 2-seater econobox.
