Default help me out here please

Hey people, I'm new to this forum and i gotta say this site is awesome...answered tons of my questions. now with that being said, i have a few questions i hope you guys can help out with.

i'm looking for a 350z (and no im not a 17 yr old and daddy's not buying this for me-i read those, very lol stuff in there) this'll be my 3rd car and honestly probably the one ive had the most trouble deciding upon. currently im looking at a used 350z at a toyota dealership (cuz not that many dealerships have a good z, and those private ones are untrustworthy) its a:

-07 black enthusiast z
-priced listed as 23495
-no bose sound or anything X_X (very disappointing)
-12511 miles on it
-they also have a carfax report with only 1 owner on it, clean title

now my questions are:

1) what's the lowest price i can get the price on this down to?
2) anyone live in cali, how's the drive in the rain (since it rained so bad a few weeks ago and all the streets were flooded with huge puddles)
3) any ideas for installing a amp and bass since it doesnt come with? i dont wanna take up so much space in the back since the space is already limited...
4) can u guys recommend some good brand tires for me (i normally just hit up costco for my tiring needs)

those 4 are about it. any help is greatly appreciated. once again, great forum.

With todays economy and the way cars aren't selling you could offer them
$2K less and see what reaction you receive, all they can do is counter offer.
Driving in the rain isn't an issue with the right tires....Michelin Sport PS2s
the best price isn't at Cosco but the TireRack. Good Luck, hope you get
the Z!

No problem with rain & Z in Cali with reasonable driving.

You can put speaker & amp in compartments right behind seats.

Try Toyo t 1 Rs, good year GSD3, or Michelin PS2s.

You might check prices of new Zs at local dealers. We have seen some deep discounting of new 2008 Zs on here recently.
