Default Selling my 2006 Z what price is fair?

I'm getting ready to sell my Z

It is 2006 Base Dayton Blue with 41000 miles, 6spd

NISMO intake only modification. Interior and exterior completely stock

It has a 7 inch square scratch in the paint on the bottom right side bumper from a curb (bumper would need to be replaced if want to get rid of it) but you can not tell if you don't stare at it and a few scratches on two of the wheels nothing noticeable from a far. The body is good with a ding on the drivers side door the size of a quarter that can be pulled/pushed out. Some minor/not visible chips from daily driving on the front bottom hood. Everything else is flawless. I have checked various sites like kbb, nada and edmunds, but I thought I would come here and see what the Z enthusiasts believe to be a fair offer.

Thanks!
