What is a good price for this car 07 Z convertible touring loaded

Im looking at this car.. Seeing what you guys think is a good price.
Its a
2007 Touring Roadster
Heated/power seats
dvd navigation.
leather obivously
basically every option a touring can have.

14,500 miles.

Let me know what you guys think is a good price.

I would push for 20k OTD. probably an unrealistic goal but ya gotta start low. expect to pay closer to what Davidv suggested, he didn't pull that # out of his butt.
