Default Tell me more about 350Z

Im in the market for a new car and have some questions to you guys. My options are 350Z MT or Accord V6 MT. I need a car that is going to be quick, reliable and good for daily driving mostly highway drive. Yesterday I found 2008 350Z Enthusiast Coupe for $20K with less than 28K miles. Could someone tell me more about this specific model all the pros and cons that I need to look for.

That's the link to that car I was talking about. http://www.nissanusa.com/apps/cpo/ve...delBodyStyle3=

I'm not sure what your specific questions are, but the car seems to be a pretty good deal.

Your question is too broad to get specific info from the guys on this forum.
Sounds as though you know little about a Z.
Starting with the 2 cars you mentioned...rear wheel/front wheel, big HP difference,
sports car/2 seater-4 seater.Big ride/handling differences.
Suggest you drive each for starters.

im not gona flame u op...it would help if u do research before u post up next time...but a 2008 350z HR!!! HR are the best 350z...upgraded engine more power, stock internals are made to push more than the 306hp it was given, upgraded lights, hood scoop, nice looking stock rims (06+ models)...plus the beauty of the 350z vs the accord is a no brainer...at times the down fall is its a 2seater but u get use to it n love it when u don't end up driving when u with ur friends going on a trip lol

I had an Accord V6 6MT Coupe (2005). It was pretty damn reliable if that's all you really care for. You won't really have much of a good reason to get rid of the car other than it gets boring fast and you'll be driving a FWD boat that can't handle worth much. I will note the transmission in the Honda is much more likely to cause grinding due to weak synchros. Similar issue as with the older 350z, but you are looking at an 08, that wouldn't be a concern on the Z side of things. Basically you are comparing apples vs oranges and my vote is for the Z. To start off, the Z is a higher end car (Accord 6MT ~high 20k car new vs 350Z being ~ 30-35k new), so that should be your baseline of what you be comparing. Also you didn't specify which year of the accord 6MT you are getting, but the one I had, it was a little slower than the VQ35DE in straight line, but being a boat, it's pretty much only good going straight. The Z will > it handling no doubt. The VQ35HR will increase that margin even more.
