Sorry dude, but I have not heard of a dealership taking a car back after one month of you using it and then claiming they sold it to you broken. Hell, even best buy have a 30-day return policy. I guess just try to repair the car yourself and learn from your mistake or trade it in and accept money lost. Good Luck with this and keep us posted! Hope everything works out for you!

Damn man sorry to hear, take it back to the dealer - before you raise hell, try nicely maybe they will at least fix it up or give you some cash back.

When I bought my Z from a private seller I took it in to nissan dealership for an inspection, then I took it to an independent mechanic for a final walk around.

But then again when I bought my s2000 I got it from a retired engineer and it only had 13,000 miles on it and looked spotless, so I just drove it off without taking it anywhere and never had a problem with it.'

With a dealership always watchout with a private seller also watchout but there are gems out there.
