I'm looking to buy a Nissan 350z and I found a 2005 350z, white, manual, with 68K miles. It will be from a private party, would be cash and he's asking $11,500. The car seems to be in good to excellent condition.

Is this a fair deal?

KBB has it @$11,500 as his Craigslist post mentions but edmunds has it a bit
under $10,000. I know they are just guides, let me know what you think.
