Salvage nismo?
Put the pitchforks down I know you animals came here to say NO WAY. let me explain
It's an 08' Nismo salvage with, supposedly, just front end damage. A good buddy of mine owns an Autobody shop so he can let me know about any red flags before I buy the car. I want this car to fix as a project, have some fun in, and then flip. Quick question to all of you, if you would buy a salvaged nismo, how much would you pay for a 08' rebuilt title nismo black with 70k miles on it? Also, assume the car looked great with no signs of a wreck, aka it has been fixed up.
Just trying to figure out an actual value so I can make a real offer without low balling before going out to see it.

Id say you can get 11-13k.
70k isnt exactly low mileage.
If it were lower say like 30-40 maybe you can get 14.
I dont think its a good flip unless you get it for 5k and put less than oem parts.

Bet hes paying more than the cars payment lol.
Statefarm will insure salvage car that they didnt salvage. If your dad got full coverage, his premium is higher than the car payment, which is just stupid to begin with.

This Nismo's been for sale forever (really, at least a year, or more):

Only salvage title car I'd ever even consider is one that has been gone over thoroughly to ensure no frame damage (like a non-accident total, e.g., theft recovery) TO BE CONVERTED to a track only car. Even then.... ehhhhhh.

Yeah my dad's truck insurance is no more then it ever was with Snyder other cars. You guys are wrong here and I'm speaking from real experience. And we have 21st Century
And no car payment on his truck he bought cash. So that post was not valid here either

Umm does the insurance agent KNOW its a salvage car? Have you guys ask whether its higher because it was salvaged?

Yeah Trav might have to be the agent too depending how they feel lol
And yes they know it is. And the pink also says salvage. Believe me I was confused when my dad told me he got full coverage too
Maybe its cause it's newer? (2010) maybe different rules
