Default 07 350Z 88K miles @ $10750

2 owners (first one is 9 years. current one is at 4 months)
88K miles @ $10750 (lowered the price from 11500)

Talked to the guy and he seems pretty genuine however the car is somewhat modded out:

"Entire car was professionally ceramic coated with Carbon Creations ceramic coating kit.
Gorgeous 5% tint done by East Coast Window tint down in Virginia Beach that comes with a lifetime warranty.
Akebono 14" Big Brake Kit from Z1Motorsports with drilled and slotted rotors, Nissan Performance brake pads and SS brake lines. DOT4 fluid
*Warning- Hit the brakes hard enough and your passenger will eat the dashboard*
Hood has been completly professionally repainted by elite auto body. No rock chips or paint scratches in the hood, comes with lifetime warrenty for paint and clear coat.
Redone stock headlights, complelty clear, they look brand new
Pioneer MVH200 touchscreen headunit, Rockford front speakers and kicker rear speakers
lowered 3" all the way around on coilovers with a nice ride
New clutch with light weight flywheel
Mobile 1 oil changes done every 3500 miles with magnetic drain plug
Always ran 93 octane from Shell
New rear hatch shocks
New plugs and wires
HKS catback exhaust that sounds amazing
New OE plugs and ignition coils
Was garage kept by last 2 owners
New Tires with only 5000 miles them
No holes drilled into front bumper for a front plate"

Carfax and NICB were clean

My question is are there any red flags on the mod list that I should be concerned about. the car looks like it's been taken care of (inside and outside).
I'm looking to get a PPI. If anyone has any specific mechanics they recommend in the Norfolk, VA area that would be a big help.

I also asked if the CSC was replaced. the guy said he had no issues with the clutch and it something like that wasn't mentioned by the previous owner so I guess I should be looking to replace that soon if it hasn't failed yet (it will fail soon i'm assuming?)

Thanks

Sounds like a nice car, price seems to be on the upside.
