It'll be embarassing to be the youngest guy rolling up in a hot sports car so new it's still got the paper tags on it? Gee, I wish I had your problems! . Seriously, there are some very young owners in the area who show up to the meets and this would be a great chance to come out and see the awesome aftermarket industry at work on these cars. You'll meet some very nice people who couldn't care less about your age of the fabrication of your plates...You'd be part of the club!

Hope to see you there, even if you don't have the Z. Should be a good time.

03' SS Track w/ all the extras except for Navi, including side and seat airbags purchased 07/12/03 for 36,400. BEFORE the Extended Warranty. Was I had?

Default Re: List the price you paid for your Z...

I just picked up my Z on Wednesday! I would've posted sooner, but I've been too busy driving. I paid 30,570 before taxes for a stock '05 Silverstone Performance with 30 miles on it (about 15 of those from my test drives). Accessories: wheel guards, splash guards, floor mats, trunk mat, cargo convenience package, aluminium kick plates, and car cover. No mods yet....

I spent a solid month test-driving Z's in the various trim levels and emailing/calling/visiting every dealership within a 50 mile radius. I know that others feel differently, but, to me, the VDC and the 18-inchers justified the price increase over the Enthusiast. I could've gotten a better deal from another dealer for a PPW Performance, but I prefer Silverstone. When I couldn't get the dealer with the Silverstone to match the other guy's price or convince the two dealers to trade, I finally opted to pay a bit more to get the color I wanted and am happy with my decision.

What a car!

04.5 Track. Fully loaded (Nav, Side air bags, splash, etc.) MSRP 37,610. Paid $36500 OTD.

It's funny how the prices of Z's vary so much.

I just got an 2005 base model 350Z about a week ago. I got it with 12 miles on the clock. It is a super black Z with some of the extra options included. (mud guards, alumin kick plates, all floor/trunk carpet mats, cargo net, and i thinkn one more thing..) I got her for $25,400 from a great nissan dealer in town. I was looking at an 04 model for $25,300 and this 05 model. The 04 had 2% incentive rates, but it also had 650 miles on it. So I decided to just get the 05...I think I looked better in black than the blue anyways. I think OTD price was high $28...me being only 21 w/ decent credit, I got a high APR...i believe it was around 8%. Which sucks, but I got a decent deal, and I'm more than happy with the car! Time to start modding!!

I might get this one...I drove it today and loved it.
Okay, so he budged another $2K on the car so I decided to get it. He gave me another $1K on my trade and took another $1K off the price. I'm now $3K over payoff on my Mustang (that's going towards the down payment). I should have the car tomorrow night.
