This I know.. But at same point, I would still rather have had this car that is custom to what I like with the best parts than a car I just bought for 80k. I have bought expensive cars like that in the past and would still rather have a car custom to my likings.

I would say finish it! Might be hard to find someone who wants to take it on that has the same passion/vision you had for that Z.

Thanks! I will be slowly working on getting it finished up while I try to get it sold, but that will take a LONG time which I dont really have. The company that was building it no longer has the ability to finish it. So I would just like to get rid of it.

Buy the entire car, take what you want off it and part it out. If I cant sell it I may even look into parting the entire car out. I would more than likely make more money off of it, but I think it would take me forever to do it and a lot more energy.

im 50/50 on this project. i love the direction and brake masters, and not so much a fan of other stuff...
cage looks mig welded and painted over. that's not normally strip legal, what is this built for?
parts need to be fitted better.
will decimate all with 5-10 grand and overnight parts....
i also believe if u want a chevy motor and a 30k race car get a ls3/6 corvette. or a ls1 camaro for 5k.
not bashing. i just want to see u finish it and have fun with it. a widebody race z is gonna be mean.

The cage is tig welded and then powder coated along with the entire car. There are pictures in the build thread if you follow the link that you could see. It is strip legal without a doubt, the builder has built many cages before, few have been in actual FD cars.

As far as fitment of parts. Everything fits very well. If you are talking about the front end, the hood is just laying on top. It isnt mounted at all.

The car was built for me to have fun with on the track in both drifting and time attack.

the orig. motor I had for this car was a TSP ls7 with crossram itbs. I sold that motor when I could see the project wasnt going to be finished (that and I needed some extra cash)

Thanks for your imput! (that was a serious statement. you cant ever tell a tone of someones voice through online lol )

If the car doesnt sell as a whole in about a month or so I will start to part out the car. I have a few people lined up ready to pay top dollar for the stripped shell.

I also may have a guy that wants to buy most of the high big ticket items as well. If thats the case and he does come through, I will not even try and sell as a whole.

I KNOW I will lose money selling as a entire car. If I part it out I WILL make much more money. It isnt worth it for me though to piece out ever since piece and take the amount of time it will take to sell it all. So trying to do it as fast as possible. Hence what I think is a very very fair price.

Ok, so between this forum and the other forums I have this ad on, I am getting tons of texts about parting out and lowest price / rock bottom price.

Parting out: In a month or so if car isnt sold I will part out.

Rock Bottom Price / Lowest price I will sell complete car for is $25,000 not a penny lower.

Skip the expensive wedding, keep the car, AND have money left over for a kick *** honeymoon that you will both remember forever.

Big weddings are just stressful.

Why do so many people want them?

Call somebody in Hollywood they may want to use the car in the next bat man movie haha. You have a pretty wild imagination to come up with that build. Even if I had all the money in the world to spend I don't think I could ever come up with that combo of parts.
