The reason why it only works on pre-06 cars is because the harnesses are wired differently for our hid's(03-05). So when we retrofit 06+ headlights it causes the turn signal light to stay lit constantly unlike the 06+ Z's where they are not. So the member used this to his advantage and used the dual-led bulb.
