Calling all San Luis Obispo Z's
Born and raised in SLO just got my 2003 white Z from Coast Nissan. Only mods on the car are Duraflex N-1 sideskirts and TSW rims from the previous owner. Ppl keep thinking I'm trying to race them when I'm just learning to drive stick

Sorry to hear that! Hopefully everything works out for the best.
Looks better than I imagined. TSW are usually horrible fitment and I have never been a fan of their designs, but those look pretty good.
And Duraflex, wow that had my imagination going but actually looks nice. You may want to look into a new bumper or a lip to make it flow better with the sides.
Overall it looks nice, only suggestion, clean up the headlights.
Congrats tho. I have always liked the white!

Thanks! Yeah both were already on there when I bought it still not sure if want to keep either. I have been looking at front bumpers but they all are too over the top I like the stock front bumper so hopefully there's something out there similar but closer to the ground. I have actually cleaned up the headlights since these pictures man they were bad but overall the car was in great condition minus the usual suspects.
The nismo V2 you might like. Similar to OEM but a little more aggressive (with lip) also an inch or two lower. That bumper also has the OEM hood lines that extend down into the top of the bumper which makes complements to the 03-05 hood.
Hahahaha you suck, I still havent even ordered mine!
No tuning shops in the area. I drove it to Chatsworth, CA to Specialty-Z. Awesome guy there! Cheapest price I found in CA as well.

Haha it's okay it will probably take me like 6 months to install it and I still gotta find a rear diffuser to finish it off, probably try to keep it as close to Nismo as possible. Still not sure about the sideskirts or rims. I will have to check Specialty-Z out! Thanks. Sounds like it's out by Simi Valley? I was hoping maybe there was something around SB/Ventura. Oh well.
Precision Z is where i like to take my z. Good prices. They really know what they are doing. Turbos, suspension, alignments etc. Its in conoga park about 10 mins south of simi on the 101.
Im in santa barbara btw, i may be interested in going to a SLO meet sometime.

The only meet I know of in SLO is the weekly Thursday meet at Madonna Shopping Plaza. Not a great meet but there is a handfull of us at least. Let me know when you plan to go if so and I will plan to go as well.
I went once, on tuesday. Probably will head out there when my car's done with my buddy when his supra's done.
there was one waaaay back over summer that I wanted to get but couldn't. It was a black enthusiast. But yes, it's stick. I'm pretty happy with the buy. Do you know of any meets around here? I'm from so cal originally. My roommate and I are car big car enthusiasts and we've been trying to find something around here.

can't have it looking all unfinished. Thank you. Where do you go to get your work done around here? Anywhere that does good tuning?
