I used some bug and sap remover on the spots as the directions said and it did absolutly nothing, should i strip the zaino and then try it? what are my other options to fix this ?

did you try using a claybar? I'd do that first before stripping the layers.

I had this problem with my Z32 & had to use a wheel and compound to get it out but that was before I discovered Zaino.

Claybar will take it off. I just had to do my whole car last night what a pain. Stupid pine trees.

Try a little alcohol or mineral spirits (or WD-40) first. If that doesn't work and it's a real small spot, the claybar might take it off fairly easily.

If it's burnt into your clear coat, you might have to wetsand and buff.
