Removing swirls is a precise process and pretty much mandates the use of an orbital buffer. Without knowing it's proper usage, you could hurt the finish rather than help it. I would suggest getting it detailed by a professional. Ask SPECIFICALLY for swirl removal.

Covering or filling-in swirls, on the other hand, is a simple process and does not require a buffer. I could recommend products for that, but it seems you want them permanently removed from the paint, so heed the above advice.

Take it to a detail car shop, it should only cost you around $75-100 to get the whole car polished to remove the swirl marks.

Or you can invest in a buffer and the polish. But then you said you need to get this done ASAP...

If you're doing it to get rid of the car, then find a good detailer to do it. The supplies (PC polisher, pads, SMR) would cost as much as getting somebody to do it.

If you're inclined to DIY - you should be able to find most of the stuff locally. You can get the PC 7336SP from Lowes for $109. 3M Swirl Mark Remover will run you under $20. Good polishing pads might be difficult to find locally - it just depends where you live. I order mine from www.topoftheline.com

Good instructions on how to do it:

Hell, if you lived near me, we could probably have worked out something.
