Okay, now that I've got the Zzzzzzzzz, I would appreciate knowing what ya' all believe to be the best products for keeping it clean & shinny:

1) Car Wash Product?
2) Car Wax?
3) Cloth Seat Cleaner?
4) Interior Cleaner?
5) Tire cleaner/"shiner"?
6) Rim cleaner?
7) Head/tail light cleaner?

On wax I'm surely aware of Zaino but not sure I have enough of Bonz's Obsessive/Complusive "disorder" to go that route. LOL!

 

You do not have to be obsessive or compulsive or Bonz to use Zaino, Zaino is no that different in application than any other wax, put it on and rub it off, that's it. Zaino is just light years different than over the counter waxes as it uses no abrasives, silicones, or waxes to protect and shine the paint.

Zaino lasts 4 to 6 months for one or two coats.

Here is your list, Zaino has a product for just about every part you listed:

Car Wash Product? Z-7

Car Wax? Z-2 or Z-5 (not wax, synthetic) and Z-6 Gloss spray for in between cleanups, we sell way more Z-6 than any other Zaino product.

Tire shiner Z-16

Rim cleaner (I would suggest only using car wash to clean clear coated wheels and not the acid based brake dust removers)

Head/tail light cleaner? Z-2 or Z-5 to protect, Z-14 if they are plastic and need to be polished (which I doubt being a new car)

Yes, as long as the car has not been driven in the rain or in heavy dirt and dust, for that you need to hand wash with the Z-7 and a cotton wash mit. Z-6 is fine for bugs, light dust, finger prints, etc.

Z-2 & Z-5; which one is preferable?

2 and 5 both put a gloss on the paint and protect the paint in an equal manner for durability, but Z-5 is about twice as thick as the Z-2 and is formulated to FILL (not remove) light scratches that show up more on dark colors. So if you have a darker color I would go with the Z-5, if you have white or silver I would go with the Z-2.

I would go with Z-5 for brickyard.

 

So z5 fills the scratches, what's the best way to remove them, the really small ones the dealer put in mine are annoying in sunlight. Should I buy a random orbital buffer, I saw a Ryobi orbital buffer with 3300 rpms is that good? And best way to clean out the undercarriage from road dust/salt??? I have the whole line of Zaino on the way, should be here tomorrow...Mine's redline btw..

For deeper scratches I use 3M Swirl Mark Remover part number 39009 with a foam pad and an orbital buffer like you described.

I would pressure wash for the undercarriage.
