melted plastic
I got my Sivler Track model on Xmas morning. What a great gift!!!!! On Friday I had the Billy Boat exhaust put on at the dealer and what difference in sound it made. last wensday I had a plastic bag stick to one of the exhaust tips and it has melted all over the tip.
Does anyone have a recommendation on how to get this stuff off without hurting the finish?? I tried scraping it off but it scratched the finish.
Rally need some help on this.
Thanks in advance

Try Goo-Off or some type of Bug-Tar remover stuff. A gel should be able to sit - it's worth a shot. =) Also, you can try some type of acetate that might be strong enough to loosen(sp?) it. Hmm.. good luck.
Welcome to "The Club!" Nice to see another AZ. 350 come online. Give Perry a call over at European Detail Specialists (602) 956-6470 and tell him your plight. He's a good guy and if he's not too busy he'll help you. BTW, he's at 20st. and Indian School. There are maybe 10 350 owners that I know of in the Phoenix metro area. I think it may be time to get together one day. I am a member of the Desert Z Association, but it is open to all Z owners (not a bad thing), but I would like to see something available for 350 owners. The association does meet the first wed. of the month at the Nissan dealer on 70st. and east McDowell @ 7pm. Good group, but only myself and one other 350 owner in the group. It numbers about 50 to 80 members with good turnouts. C'mon out on the 8th this month and lets get acquainted! Regards, Jim
