Yet another vote for NXT. Wonderful results...certainly not as good as Zaino but I think if you look at it from a result to effort ratio the NXT comes out way ahead. It lasts a long time and looks great. Keep in mind it is not a cleaner wax..so it's not going to remove tar, insects, or other road debris.

 

I really like NXT also. Just like everyone says its easy on, easy off, great shine, good price.

i seriously doubt any spray on wax can come close to rub-on wax...

I can attest to NXT lasting 3 mos in harsh winter conditions to beat...

Applied 1st week NOV.... still beading (4 snowstorms later)

I just clayed and re-waxed my hood, bumper and back, but not the sides.... they're NXT (pun intended) LOL

 

I've used the NXT Spray wax, and it is a little difficult to remove. It's ok if you have a light colored car, but if you have a dark car it can kind of look hazy and take a lot to remove it. Instead of using spray wax, try NXT Speed Detailer. It's awesome, it goes on and comes off very easily, and looks perfect when you're done.

 

dont use anything else but NXT!!!

 

I used it for about 6 months. Liked the swirl hiding properties, but overall I was disappointed by how long it lasted in CA sun - 2 months max. Then I got some bird droppings and yes, they etched after a day at the mall.

Now I use Rejex by CorrosionX and I am never looking back. Gloss is great, car stays clean looking way longer than NXT due to its slickness, and (most important) protects way better.

I had seagulls have a party all over my GF BMW. Sat out for a day. Wet paper towel on each dropping, waited 20 minutes, and the droppings absorbed into the towel. No rubbing, and NO ETCHING.

 

NXT is my favorite wax so far, although I have never used Zaino or Zymol. Keep one thing in mind though, bottled NXT is extremely sensitive to temperature. I made the mistake of leaving two bottles in my Maxima's trunk during a few 55-60 degree days. Each bottle's contents turned into a gooey, oily mess; completely unusable. Had to get them exchanged.

Moral: Store in a cool dry place.

 

thanks for the tip.i picked up the NXT wax last nite.. kept it in the... trunk of my Maxima.. overnight.. it was cool. and dry. but i didnt think 60* would be that bad for it!!

i need to put it inside now..

 

ok.. i swear by NXT now.. just hand washed and waxed the Z with this stuff.

I like the NXT. Works great for maintenance detailing (just wash/quick wax).

However, when I detail for brilliant shine I'll use Mother's Reflections Car Wax and follow up with Mother's Reflections Top Coat.

 

I never tried zaino. I've only used the NXT. The only complaint I have is that it's sort of greasy. In other words if you put your finger on any part of the body shine it leaves a smear if you know what I mean. Never had that problem with a carbuna paste wax. Plus it seems to attract dust quicker.

 

Very easy to use & remove which is very important. I have seen a new Eagle 1 product out with "NANO" elements. I would be curious how well this works. Great theory.

 

I didn't like the Eagle 1 Nano. I got a bottle of it about 2 years ago and tried it out on my now daily driver.

It's like the Eagle 1 Wet but seemed to be more difficult to both apply and remove.

That is one very nice thing about the NXT - Easy on/Easy off.

I use NXT too. I'm happy with the results so far. For those of you that use this product, do you use the paste or the gel? And if you've tried both, which do you think gives better results (longer lasting, deeper shine, etc)?

I have a SB Z and I use NXT tech wax and it's awesome. So easy to apply just let sit for an hour and buffs right out. And It does last really long time, my Z had been through 3 rain showers and still there the next day, great product.
