I have just put 2075 miles on it in 14 months.
Are you saying that this would cause swirls? That's amazing to me.
I know that when the dealer wiped it with a dirty cotton rag he swirled it but since then it's only seen microfiber towels run fore and aft on horizontal surfaces and up and down on vertical ones. Where the dealer didn't clean there are no swirl marks - think of everything above knee level.

Don't rub your car w/ anything unless it's completely clean!
I have 20K miles on my car and I have very few swirlies.
The F'n Nissan dealership ran my car through their crappy automatic wash w/ brushes and it looked terrible.
But the 3-step Menzerna Polishing process took them right out!

lol pollen
what causes swirls is washing the car, and having mothers with huge asses rub against your car at the shops
but nissans paint is so thin, i wouldnt be suprised the wind would cause swirls at speed

AWSOME write up!!!
I love NXT, been using it for 6 months myself. I have tried Zymol (like it), P21S, (Awsome at car shows for a fast coat), and NXT (THE BOMB)
I just recieved my Klass AIO & Klass High gloss sealant glaze. Sonus Shampoo, more SFX3 and gona try Acrylic Glanz as well... I have never tried anything like Zaino / Klass so I decided WTF...
The reason I went with Klass is that I can always top it off with my favorite NXT as well to deepen the shine...
NXT is so frickn awsome and easy to apply and remove, it leaves absolutley NO residue as well...
If you have not tried NXT go get a bottle tomorrow and you wont look back...
So,
who here likes Klass? I am interested since I am going to try it for the 1st time tomorrow.

The random orbital buffer has been removing the ones that the dealer put into the car using a damp cotton rag to grind the dirt into the finish prior to the delivery of the car after dark.
www.properautocare.com has the procedures that I've been following illustrated and detailed.
