Swirl mark on inside door panel from turtle wax protectant

I have a darker colored black swirl on my door panel. Is there anyway to get this off I've tried water. Should I apply more of the Turtle Wax protectant to even it out?

I would try a soapy water mix to break up the oils in the Armor All. Then wipe it with clear water and then dry. I am still trying to figure out what to treat my interior with....
