+1 on Stoner's Invisible Glass. Best thing to apply with is an old newspaper. Don't think this is your question, but if you want water to roll off your windshield like nothing when it's raining, then put a little RainX on it as well.

Don't know about door handles, sorry.

I wax the windshield when I wax the car. Same stuff.

Doors handles? Just soap and water.

I carry a handkerchief, and wipe the driver’s door handle several times a day. Call me crazy.

Haha, this car has made me **** too. Instead of carrying the cloth I close it by pushing behind the handle. (the same place you put your fingers to pull the handle) Never touch the outside, so nothing to wipe. Now if only I could train my passengers.

edit to add: to OP, just wax the handles when you wax the car, makes prints easy to wipe off of your passenger door.

I also try not to handle the handle but besides a z6 layer when I am waxing, I am really impresed with Meguire's NXT glass cleaner, got it online not every autozone store carries it. Also consider a Microfiber towel!

glass = NXT glass cleaner with papertowel, follow with microfiber towel(to remove lint and streak residue)
rainx applied with mf...wipe off with damp mf...done
door handles =wax of your choice...then a quick detailer to keep clean as needed

+1 and you'll see beads of water sliding down your windshield (and don't forget to wax the other windows).
