Default Zaino Applicators

Anybody use these little foam lined applicators you get from Zaino?

Is there a way to actually wash them without the seams disintegrating? I've only gotten at most 2 uses from them before they come apart at the seams. I was just throwing them in the washer with my other car wash stuff.

Are newer ones better than the ones I got a year+ ago?

If you don't use these, what do you like?

Just hand wash with liquid detergent (Tide or All) and air dry. Don't throw them in the washing machine.

The one I was just using is coming apart from just general use on the car, the first time out of the bag. I think I'm going to give up on these things.

My Zaino supplied one came apart too just with use. I went out and bought some round ones and they are holding up much better.
