Default Spotless, no drying, hose filter/wand?

Ok, I had no idea what to make the title of this thread. Basically I am trying to find out, since I have not been able to find anyone, if anyone has heard of this product you could get a few years ago. It was your typical late night paid programming for a car washing wand that you could rinse your car off with and no drying was needed. They claimed it ionized the water, removing particles in it's filter. This was probably around 1995 or 1996, and I figured it would show up in stores and I'd give it a shot. Well, it just dissapeared, and I was never able to find it online anywhere.

I mean it seems feasible, it's the same concept as touchless car washes. The spot free rinse is just demineralized water. As we all know, water spots are just junk in the water.

Anyone ever heard of this? Used one? Know if it was for real? Know if anyone still makes something like this?

Sure would be handy for between thorough cleanings. Basically you could wash your car and be done in about 15 mins, or less.

The product you're referring to is "The Revolutionizer." That product disappeared faster than a Pauly Shore movie. I think you can still buy them from the company (800-628-0033) for $29.95 + 7.95 shipping. And if you act in the next 30 minutes, they'll include a free gift..... yada, yada.

Their fast exit from infomercial fame made me pass on the offer, but maybe some sucker...er customer will chime in with some real-life experiences.

you can get a real deionizer for your house water, also helpful if you have hard water, since thats all it is, it makes hard water soft.

it can eliminate water spots.

I dont think it comes in a wand form, or costs 30$, but the concept is correct.
