Default Crystal Guard Longevity?

So I am reading that for many people the intial results with CG are good but then it does not last very long compared to Zaino.

If true this would make the CG very expensive stuff.

That’s the only problem I had with it. I was told it would out last the others making it worth the money. Now as far as actual protection goes I don’t know. I do know the qualities I look for (feel, shine, dust attraction, and water beading) seemed to fall off quickly.

The shine was remarkable for the effort needed. It was also very slick. It is definitely better than your run of the mill polish / wax. Better than Zaino? I guess Zaino is just my preference.

I don't know how long it lasts either. So far the shine is the best "I" have ever had.

BUT, we will find out about longevity.

CG is sending me some CGQ to try on my boat. I've tried LOTS of things on the boat and nothing lasts more than a week or two in salt water. So we shall see. . . . . . . . .

I perosnally wasn't impressed with CG and will probably sale what I have left. I only did the hood, so there is plenty left.

I didn't like it either. The shine was ok, but it wasn't easy and it just didn't seem to come off completely. I'd rather see the wax i put on, and then see it come off.

Me too, I never really know if I'm putting it on right, and sometimes I see some stuff thats left on. I have three coats on right now, but it's not any easier than regular wax.
