Default Blackfire people

To everyone who have used Blackfrire, just a few questions.Does it leave any white residue behind?Did you clay your car?I just got my brickyard and I want to do the whole car.You can apply it by hand, right?I do not have a buffer.I was going to try CrystalGuard, but I do not have a garage. I was also going to ask if there was anyone who has used both Zaino & Blackfire? Which one do you like better? Thanks for all the info.I'll post pics when I am done. Now if the weather here in NJ would clear up,I'll get started

I didn't clay my car and I was very pleased with the results. There's minimal white residue left behind, if any. Yes, you put in on and remove it by hand.

I clayed my car first with a Mothers kit. I'd recommend it. You can *see* how smooth the car is afterwards, and as you're claying, you hear the clay picking up surface contaminants.

As for Blackfire and Zaino use, I've been curious about that, as well. For now, I clayed, applied the polish, and then did the paint protectant twice.

I got the new car kit, and in its instructions, it mentions how you could layer Zaino on top of Blackfire if you wanted, but I don't remember the specifics offhand right now.

Have fun!

Default Bye, bye Blackfire!

I love the shine the Blackfire provides!

I love the smooth finish it leaves behind!

But in my humble opinion it does not last! I did the Blackfire claybar, then the Blackfire polish, then the Blackfire wax then the wax again, making it two total coats. Like I said, the shine and finish were SWEET. But after just three washes water has stopped beading up! I'm assuming it is because the wax finish is GONE! Once I've used up all the Blackfire, I'm going to try Zaino.

PS The Blackfire gloss spray is NICE!

Good Luck! Have Fun!
