Question Air Compressor for Cleaning??

Is anyone here knowledgeable about air compressors for cleaning our cars/wheels?
I am looking at getting the air compressor below, and it looks like there is an attachment for cleaning called a "Power Washer". Would it be safe to use on a car/wheels? Has anyone used one of these to wash their car/wheels?
I will mostly use the compressor for Tire inflation, and blowing the water out of the crevices after I wash it to prevent drips. I may even get some other air tools down the road for around the house, and car maintenance.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks - Tony
