Default Anyone tried 3M Swirl Remover?

The guy at my local body shop recommended 3M swirl remover, which you can get at Sherwin Williams. Anyone have any experience with this?

3M makes some pretty solid products. If you are doing your detailing by hand their Imperial Hand Glaze is an excellent product, but can be a pain to remove. The Swirl Remover works well, I use to use it on my black vehicles due to very few over the counter products coming close to the results it gave.

^ Cool thanks, Ill give it a try. Is the stuff in the small tubes sold at stores the same as the stuff in the big bottle there? I assume it would be but I just want to make sure.

I use it regularly. Great stuff, available at CarQuest and other similar stores.

3M has relabeled it recently - it's now called Perfect-It II Foam Polishing Pad Glaze - Dark. Look for part number 39009 as old bottles will still have that number but named "Swirl Mark Remover".

I would suggest 106fa and sip from detailimage.com instead of the 3m. Having used both menzerna polish's beat 3m by far.
