Micropak is located in Hawaii and I live in Texas. I placed an order with them on Friday morning for a 25"x36" waffle weave micro fiber towel ($18.95). Later on that day in the evening I decided to also place an order for 6 qty. wax/polish foam applicator pads ($3.95). I received an automatically-generated email verifying my order. Later on Friday I received an email from the owner, Ranney Pak, verifying everything again. Saturday I received an email stating that my order was shipped along with the tracking number. I tried to track it that same day to no success. I contacted Ranney, and within hours I had a very polite and understanding reply stating that it may just not have gone through the USPS's system yet. Well he was right, the number was in workig order as of Monday. Wednesday I received my order. I was amazed at how fast he managed to get my products to me especially since I was never charged anything for shipping. The shipping cost for him was $6.95 since he sent my package express. I tried both of the products today on my car and loved how they both worked - flawlessly, as described not only by Micropak but also by many other members on this board who referred to this towel as the "bigblu".

I would definetly recommend doing business with this company, because I know I will!

 

yeah.. i believe the website is www.pakshak.com Ranney is a cool guy... he let me in on a group buy over in the bimmer forums even tho i wasn't a part of it. always nice to do business with. Towels are top notch quality.. actually the best i've seen other than the dftowels. prices are right and FREE SHIPPING!
