Default Volk GTF water/dirt spots?

Have a bunch of water and dirt residue spots leftover on my volk barrels as of yesterday. They still have the clearcoat on them tried soap and water but nothing even with scrubbing a bit... I did some searching saw that ppl on here would use 50/50mix of vinegar and water to clear this up? Or is there a better way? I usually use poorboys wheelwax to coat them and have no issues during winter gets colder im usually lazy

Sounds like etching in which case it will need to be polished out. Try other avenues first but eventually I think you'll need to use some good polishing compound like Meguiars 205 to fix this.
