Default Question on paint between body panels

If you look at the space in between my rear bumper and rear quarter panel (where they meet under tail light), the paint doesnt look "smooth" on the edges. Only on the edges though...Every where else paint is good

I attached a picture of where this is located (not my car). I should note that the area I'm talking about, is on the edge of the body. Right where it meets the rear bumper (under tail light). I wonder if something was repsrayed

opinions? suggestions? Anyone else notice the paint isnt perfect around "hidden" parts of the car. (edges, bends etc..). Wondering if this is normal
ps: didnt have photoshop at work, used paint
