Default My friend threw up in my car

My friends threw up in my car after we left the bar last week. I cleaned up all the vomit but it is still stained a little. Does anyone know of any good way to get these stains and excess residue out of the textured door panel? Any suggestions wil be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

give him the bill after you get it professionally cleaned. They'll make it minty inside.

Tell him to clean it, and if its still not up to your standards, kick his *** untill its clean.

^^ I was about to post something similar but decided against it.

You said a "friend" threw up in your Z. This guy is still your friend?!?

Meguiar's Interior Cleaner (not detailer or shine) and a wet rag right be your best friend. Those panels are a pain to clean.

I had this happen too. Horrible night, filled with getting pulled over on top of that.

Just woke up bright and early the next day. Woke them up as loud as I could, then sent them out with all the necessary tools and cleaning supplies to remove panels and the passenger seat. Still had to let the thing air out for a couple days.

Maybe a tooth brush would clean out the door panel?

I wouldn't want a girl who just threw up anywhere...much less my car.

He couldn't say to pull over or stop and open the dang door?? I'd take to detail shop and friend should offer to pay u back. No questions if he was a friend. That's what I would do if I did that.

I've posted this before. Its a well know fact that the door panels with the micro surface
crevices are a ***** to clean and, look good.
After trial&error, the best thing I've used is Woolite.Put a small amount in a pail of warm water.Put a towel over your switch panel.Use a soft sponge and blot the panels with
mixture. Its good to have a soft bristle brush to work the Woolite mixture into the panels.
Let it set for a few minutes.Take another damp towel(I use distilled water)and blot the panels.Let them air dry.The panel will have a OEM finish(if you cleaned them well). Also, the odor should be gone.
One key ingredient in Woolite is lanolin. This gives a nice soft sheen to the panels.
I do mine about once a year.My Z is 10yrs old.The panels look like new.No ugly splotches
as usually is the case.

Good luck!

I would also suggest Woolite. I've read multiple things online saying that that's a great way to clean interior panels.

If it's a dude, take it to someone and have it detailed and give him the bill. If it's a chick you want to ball, take it to a detailer and show her the bill and take it out of her a$$

The panels on the Z are a real challenge to get clean. They splotch, clean very unevenly. The worst thing you can use on them is a Amorall type protectorant.Actually, nothing but getting them clean is needed.Keep the
greasy stuff off e'm.I think every Z owner I know has had bad experiences
trying get these panels looking good.As I said,Woolite gets it done.

Some people don't have the courtesy to say pull over or roll your windows down. These motherfck'ers just let it out when it's time without warning. It happened to my friend before in his new BM.

I puked on my way home before but I was courteous enough to say pull over and let me out! Because I know if I hung out the window, it would've gotten all over the door and rear fender on their nice car.

Lesson learn from this either: stick around somewhere outside until he/she pukes... you know when they're too fck'd up. Or have some grocery bag stash in the Z somewhere before leaving to the bar (I too have puked in a bag before, light weight ). Works like a charm. They may or may not open the bag up and puke in it but it's less effort compare to hanging out the door/window

OP - good luck in cleaning this $hit out... it sux I know, especially when there's chunks
