Default 2003 Le Man Sunset Paint flaws.

I have owned my 2003 350z for about a month now and I am starting to notice more of these flaws pictured below. Most of them have no texture to them really but on some as you can tell, paint is missing. No trauma has occurred on any of these spots. I know in the 90's pontiac had paint issues and I don't know if this will be a new wave of something similar. My car has OEM paint with the exception of the front bumper.
Thanks for viewing.

Looks like normal wear from the elements, most likely some tree sap or bird poop that was left too long and has marred the paint

I would try a wash/claybar/ and orbital buffer to minimize the appearance of it

Yeah it looks a lot like tree sap or bird droppings were left on too long and ate through the clear coat. To prevent it in the future I would go pick up a quick detailer and use it in between washes to clean off any tree sap or bird droppings. It's really quick and easy.

Thanks guys, they definitely weren't a result of my ownership I think the car did sit for quite some time before I purchased it. I will see if I can get it a proper polish this week.

As far as the one where the paint and clear are missing, is there anything I should do to prevent it from getting worst like rusting or flaking?

The only thing you can do to prevent rusting where paint is missing is to get it painted whether with touch up paint or have a shop do it. If there is rust on it already I would probably have a shop do it. I'm not sure how big the spot is, but I have a few small rust spots on the top of my car from hail..haven't done anything to fix it yet though. As for the clear I don't know what to tell you besides have a shop touch it up or something.

That looks like clear coat pealing. Not much you can do about it. Your primer is turning into chalk from the sun at this point.

If you can lay some clearcoat on it, you can stop the damage.
