Default car washes

I plan on hand washing my car most of the time, but on those occasions when my schedual wont permit and the car is grimey, what do you guys do?
I know the normal car washes are bad for the alinment, but how about the touchless ones at the gas station? or how about the high pressure do it yourself spray things?

Touchless car washes have their own problems, one is high pressure, the oher is the strong detergents they use could strip your wax or even polymer coating right off the car. But I'f you need a car wash, go touchless.

Default Brad?

I'm picking my car up in the next day or two and I instructed the dealer not to wash it as I'm not sure if they would baby it properly. Any way I'm hoping to find a 3M film installer to do the installation right away. So my question is: Should I wax the car when I do the prep on it ? or should I just do a wash and polish and avoid the waxing till it's been filmed?

Wax it, because he will use Naptha to get the wax off those sections anyway. And the rest of the car will be protected for the drive.

If you HAVE to get something off of your car, take it to do it your self place, and rinse it down, otherwise, you should be the only one washing your car.
