I believe the consensus of this thread is to use Z5 on SB. So I would never want to use Z2, or just use it after several coats of Z5?

Apply coats of Z5 until you are satisfied with the results. Then Go over your SB with Z6 and then Z2. If you are using ZFX it will go much faster.
