Question small scratches on black?

I have a black Z and have done everything by the book. The car looks amazing but when you get real close you can see a mess load of small streaky scratches. I only use 100% cotton and have only washed it a couple times. I think it may be from the dealer waxing the car.

Is this normal for a black car? Can you get rid of them? Should I care since you can't see them unless your less than a foot away?

I'm on my second layer of Z5 but it doesn't seem to fill in the little scratches.

If you want to remove them, your ganna need to get a Porter Cable Polisher, and some nice machine polish from Griots or 3M. Thats the only way YOU can saftly remove them. You can fill them in with an oily filler polish (something like Z5), but its better to remove them and never have the dealer touch your car again.
