Has anyone ordered any products from detaildirect.com because I ordered something more than 2 weeks ago and I still havent gotten it. I e-mailed them at least 4-5 times and they're not responding. Anybody order anything recently and got their stuff?

I was getting ready to order some Product X from them but if you are having problems I may hold off for now. Goodluck and I hope everything gets resolved.

I ordered a few weeks ago as well...product x....and have not heard a thing....and my cc was charged way back when I ordered. If I don't recieve it soon, guess I will have to dispute the charge...

i checked my order on their site and it said somethin like STATUS: Pending...so why the f did they charge my card? I'm gonna dispute this if it doesnt come in by this monday.

funny, but the site is down now. I was just going to order from these guys, but I guess I'll just wait and see what happens to you guys first.

finally, someone e-mailed me back but it wasnt directly from their site. They asked for my order number and the product i ordered and gave it to them for the 6th time. Anyways, nobody buy anything from them until i hear from them...i dont think i will ever order from them again because they're unprofessional.

problems are bound to happen w/ all companies, it's how these problems are handled in the end that show whether the company is worthy of future business or not.

Ok, so here is the status, gibsonpa tell me what they say to you e-mail them. Anyways, dont e-mail them at orders@detaildirect.com because they dont seem to be checkin that e-mail out...instead e-mail them at beaversupply@comcast.net. So, they told me that Fedex damaged the product and its on its way back to them and they will send another out today. Hmmm, i dont know what to make of that but if you guys get the same ****, we know that they're ********in.

StandAloneZ, I am emailing them now...I ordered way back on July 21....funny thing is, I paid for FedEx 2 day delivery...what a joke. Also, my cc was charged on July 21 as well. Now there site is down, so I do not know my order number....stay tuned.

Stand, I got a reply to my email....but I ended up getting the product x today. It was fedexed a few days ago...hopefully you get yours very soon. Better late than never.

I got mine today. I dunno what I should think of detaildirect.com. They told me that the package had been damaged during shipment and thats why there was this delay but it shouldnt have taken 3 weeks. So maybe it was FEDEx. Anyways, hopefully this product was worth the wait.
