Default tree sap!!

Hey guys, so I was out washing my car yesterday with meguiars car wash and noticed a spot on my front bumper where it looks like tree sap or something similar got on it. I tried scrubbing it with the soap and my hand mit but it wouldnt come off in some of the spots. Any suggestions on what to use to get this off??

+1...clay bar removed pine tree sap from my truck, took a while, but it got 100% of that crap off.

Default Tree Sap

Get some 3M all purpose cleaner. It is sold at auto paint supply stores. Dab a little on a clean new towel and gently and slowly apply over the tree sap. The 3M cleaner will take it off.
