I just got through ordering my first kit of Zaino. I hope it's as wonderful as everyone preaches! Anyone have any tips or advice?

Ensure you have 100% USA cotton towels and time. The first process is normally the longest,

1. Wash with Dawn.
2. Claybar with water/Z-7 mixed in a spray bottle
3. Wash with Z-7.
4. Dry, Use Z-6
5. Z-5 with ZFX
6 Z-6
7. Z-2 or another coat of Z-5 with ZFX
8. Z-6
9. Z-2 with ZFX or let it sit overnight.

Ensure you use Z-2/Z-5 sparingly, under half a bottle. When applying, put on in side to side, up and down motions, not circular.

Gl and have fun, you will be amazed of the result and the longevity of this stuff.

Apply VERY thin. Less is better. It is the hardest thing for newbies to Zaino to get used to.

 

Yes, this is true. If you think you used too little, you probably used too much.

 

Great to hear you've come over the "Zaino side" of the FORCE!
I purchased my Z in late July, 2004 - and already have 4 coats applied.
Without ANY DOUBT - the Zaino process is unmatched.
Dr. Bonz's posts on here swayed me to this incredible product.
In addition to the paint products, Zaino also makes some great products for the glass and leather (the leather conditioner is also GREAT - smells good too)
Like other's have written, a little bit goes a long way.
