Some careless person must've brushed their bag or jacket against my door, and it left a really big scuff mark on the small black area of the actual door. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this? thanks.

 

What "Actual" door are you speaking of?? A good polishing product will take out scuffs. McGuires puts out a High Tech fine polishing product which does not scratch. I'll try and find the link and post the name ASAP. It's called Mirror Glaze Fine Cut cleaner. Found at most Auto stores.

 

you know that glossy black area near the door and the rear window? (i guess its like the divider point between the door and the rear window, my mistake).

It's plastic so get a good polish for that. I've used MirrorGlaze (I think that's what it's called) in the past for tail light covers.
