Has anyone ever even heard of it. Supposed to be some sort of spray on prewash that helps lift the dirt so there will be less dirt between your sponge/mitt therefore less swirls.

Sure; it works quite well actually. There's info and a video on their site, and SportsCarCare.com sells it for a little less.
