Default Best Spray Detailer

I see little reviews here and there but I havent seen a thread dedicated to it yet so I figured I'd start one.

Some I know of

Turtle Wax Ice
Meguirars Ultimate (hydrophopic one in black bottle)
Meguirars Regular spray detailer (red bottle)
Klear Kote (From Detailed Image)
Clay Lube (Lube in Clay Magic Kit)

I am sure there are a bunch more.

For me Klear Kote has worked the best so far

Meguiars Regular has left some streaks

Clay Lube leaves a few steaks as well (I know its supposed to be a lube for the clay, but I always figured its pretty much the same as any other quick detailer that helps lift contaminants.)

Haven't tried out the rest yet, but I just bought some of the Meguiars Ultimate detailer.

the Megs ultimate is pretty good for over the counter. I like Poor boys though.

Meg's Ultimate is more of mediocre QD IMO. I bought it and was royally diasspointed. It never makes my paint "pop" no matter what products I have layered underneath; always gives more of a muted look. Others have fared much better for me; FK425 and Quick Shine QD being two. I now use one I mixed up using the above two plus AW (Aquawax) and OCW (Optimum Car Wax). Best shine period.

I like Quik Shine a lot. A lot of other detailers like Finish kare #425 and I'm actually going to buy that next.

Two of my favorites are Griot's Garage Speed Shine and Lucas Oil Slick Mist.

+1 on Meg's QD sucking.

Left a very streaky finish and didnt want to absorb into the Microfiber or lay on the paint.

I felt like I was just moving it around with no real improvement for a quick shine. Waste of ten bucks if you ask me.

Z-6 is the best i've used so far but im reluctant to use on top of my new carnuba finish.

Prima Slick - really does make the paint slick
Finish Kare 425 - Known for its shine and anti-static properties
ONR - optimum no rinse diluted at QD strength is great for clay lube..

Clear kote quick detailer
top 3 imo megs uqd is junk comparatively.

I got a megs 7 piece kit, it came with scratch x, plastic x, wheel cleaner, tire shine, nxt 2.0, ultimate detailer, interior detailing spray, and a sponge pad for $20! So for the price, that couldn't be beat. It was at walmart in the clearance section, i should have bought 2, lol.

Recently picked up FK425 from all the praise about it. I must say, one of my favorite products off the spot! Uber slick, shiney, depth, gloss, antistatic, ridiculous!
