whats the best way you guys have found to launch in the z....rpm to drop the clutch..etc....

Post some of your times slips in the drag racing forum so we can see if there is room for improvement.

it depends on the surface, but for the most part i found that reving it 3500 and feathering out the clutch through 1st gets the best results for.

the best way i have found is to rev it to 6000 and drop the clutch as fast as possible 1.63 60s

slip the clutch really slow at 6600rpm's = 1.7 60ft's on street tires all day long...seriously man im sick of these repeat Q's do a damn search.

exactly, thats why i am being a smartass,



hold your rpms at 6000 and slowly i mean slowly let the clutch out, take about 4 seconds total in the release, and dont mind that smell, its nothing !!

are u increasing gas as you slowly let out the clutch??
