I didn't run mine that much at the track as I have ET Street bias plys also, but they last about 5000 HARD street miles + ~15 passes. If you only run them at the track they will probably last you 2+ seasons of 50-75 passes a season. The street miles are really what wears them out. Also don't do a massive burnout, they only need to be heated up for about 3-4 seconds in second gear to hook really well. Oh and don't worry about the tread. The can be used well after the visible tread is gone. I use mine until they are corded.
Good luck with them!
Let us all know how it goes...
FYI-You HAVE to heat them up to hook.
Cold, they are VERY Wishy WAshy, side wall flex is pretty bad for a DR
Just an FYI

It's done. Its in race wieght (no passenger seat stereo sub/amps) 3250lbs with half tank of 110/112 mix octane (for saftey)
I guessed Jeremey's weight to the ET and MPH last time, (first time on his original turbo set-up), Im guessing 11.75 at 119.2! If Im right, you better believe Im taking you up on that offer. Either way good luck with those tires. When heated up, they are really sticky. Driving them on the street is a lot of fun, but like already mentioned, they do take a lot of tread off of them. Good luck!!!
I was also practicing loading my drivetrain today. I think its too cold and being 30 degrees outside, hooking up wasnt really happening. I was launching at 3k though, and I think thats just too high for cold tires and a cold street! We will see what happens once it warms up though. Thats not gonna be for a while though!

BFGs really hook well when they are almost gone.
I know some factory stock racers (bolton N/A 11 second 4.6s required to be on DRs) that buy used sets so they get them when they are in their sweet spot. The cut bottom 1.5 60 foots and run 4.56-4.88 rear gears.
