Yeah i'm making 390rwhp/327rwtq and ran that.... I revved it to 3500rpms slipped it out till i felt the car moving and then planted it. The track was just hooking. I ran several low 1.9 60fts.
Is this the best technique to run a 2.0 60ft? i have an 07 and i roast tires everytime off the line (well i only been to the track once with a manual transmission) and i reved it to about 2500rpn and floored it, i think that was the improper technique....whats the proper technique to launch a stock z on stock tires?? BTW, I have a base Z, open diff.

I was running 13.56 seconds today with a 1.95 60-foot time. I don't know if there is a perfect method. If you are spinning through the first 60-feet, just back-off the gas a little.

dammmmm davidv, i see you've been practicing!!! your getting really good at this awesome job dude, 13.5 is very respectable especially since you dont have tons of mods like me i suck!!! lol
Those numbers don't add up...obviously the 60ft light was tripped early by something because that kind of 60ft with a 74mph 1/8 trap will run you much quicker than 9.3 in the 1/8.
Show us a 1.5 or even a low 1.6 to back that up and I MIGHT start to believe that it was actually possible. (which I already know it's not.)
