Jeremy, how could my time be a bit faster than yours with a slower 60' and lower trap speed ?

actually, i know my car would have went 11.4 on 150 shot, i seriously had two runs ever with that setup. one was that night , the first one, 11.83 at 115.5 and the next one was sideways as hell and let off...

then i yanked out the nitrous and did my next set up.

congrats though man, i needed some more runs with that setup, i was on 26 inch tires so i had to shift into 5th and it was ruining my times, i would run that same exact setup on 28s this time and it would haul a$$!!!!

plus, you yourself said you tried 40 times to reach my only passes time

With full interior, power steering and drag radials? And lets not forget, 150 shot means nothing, my power level is comparable to an NX 100 shot w/ 356hp and 417lbs. of trq.

With this new setup it took two runs. Those previous 40 consisted of 100, 125 and 150 shot runs w/ street tires and DR's.

Na, Jeremy's helped me out since day one of my set-up. I've turned all the wrenches but If i ran into problems or had questions he was just a PM away. He's also selected to sponsor me a while back and will be helping me with my new set-up coming soon.

I just know how competitive he is and couldn't help poking him with the cattle prod

Hey Jay. Did you ever rub with the new set-up? I know you drove around town but how did they do on the launch?

 

parts came in on friday, i will get them to you in a day or two...

 

I ended up cutting the fender lip. Didn't rub launching at 5500 or so.

Your going to need a larger tire if you want to stay in 4th through the traps

Maybe I'll get some pics up in a few days.
