coachK...any chance of this happening in Dec? Me and 3hree5ive0ero (chris) want to come from TX and run with you guys...JT will be installing n20 on my Z (and hopefully 3.5.0.s too) around Xmas time. Lets start setting up a Dec. date

 

I would be down for a December race meet. Hopefully have a few more people out there participating. For all of you that didnt have a chance to make it out, lets try to make this one happen.

Viper Guys have the track rented the 9th for the V10 National's. Underground and Heffner will be there. UGR just ran a 9.8x on a street tire with their new setup. They let JT run last year but I doubt they'll let anyone else run. Not sure if he's gonna do it again this year.

 

Bradenton has stuff going on all the time. I don't think CoachK is going to do this again unless he gets payments before he schedules it. He spent alot of his own money and when I get some cash I'm going to shoot him some more and I think everyone else should do the same.

Everyone's down for an event until its time to commit and make payment

A few of us like to do the Saturday Night Showdowns at Bradenton. The track is always in good shape for those.There is one on Dec.15th and maybe we could hit that one. Its always cool to take down some muscle cars at these races.

 

I was the supercharged lemans sunset. My best of the day was only a 13.4 at 108.8.

 

I feel really bad for Coach too, I didnt think people would back out like they did.

Tom- I would help you out if I had a few bucks man, for sure. College has me broke tho

Definatly the best time I've ever had out there, and I look forward to hopefully doing something like this again, even if I have to pay more.

Man can jb take some good pictures...he got one right at the same time I was purging the nitrous...

 

I'll look through my pictures again when I get home tonight... I took a lot of pictures and tried to get shots of everyone. It was hard to get good pictures in the far lane, so if you ran there every time, I might not have gotten many good ones.

December track day!? Hmmmm-now thats something to REALLY consider

 

Its not really a track day per-say. The have events called Saturday Night Showdown and Runday Sunday's. These events bring out some fast cars so the track prep is usually spot on. They also let the DR's and slick cars run more often. Its not really a test and tune... Better prep.

Sometimes the domestics do grudge mania at these events and they wont show the times. It bothers some but I'm more interested in seat time and you still get a slip.
