03-04 srt4's are rated 230whp, 05's dyno anywjere from 245-255whp (yes, whp) from a dig any z should win, from a roll, its dead even, z having slighty more top end, and 06, and esp 07 (all stock) should beat any srt4. roadcourses, z hands down

Stock vs stock!? Ill put money on the Z. Im in an 07 and from a dig i will win against my friend who is stage 2 or 3. Now we went from a rolling 40, which at 40 hes at full boost which i didnt know, and he left me in the dust as if i were driving a civic. From a dig, you should take off, they have way too much wheel spin since theyre FWD, plus they dont make their boost into later in the rpm's. Friend was asking other friend (gti owner) why he was shifting at like 3k, and he was like uhhh i make my boost really low. Other guy redlines the **** out of his to get his power. When hes in boost though, its pretty nuts the power hes running. We took it out with an open downpipe around town and woke up pretty much everyone. It was deafening. Torque steer ftl.

 

if stock for stock an '06 Vs SRT-4 was a drivers race a VQHR should own/easily beat the SRT-4, unless you can't drive

 

07 Z all the way unless you just suck at life.

 

Any proof of this? How can an 05 with the same motor and same boost levels make 25 more hp to the wheels. This btw is coming from a srt4 owner (for now).

z, unless u r a no driver.....srt4's can be difficult to launch, esp if its a 03 (no lsd)...

 

05 had a power bump. check it out. google it, look at the srt fprums. its a well known fact. i have alot of srt friends.

ryan (eltness 350) should know joel, the orange 50trim swapped srt, hes got a dumped wastegate and 3 inch single exit exhaust, his ***** loud as hell!!!

 

i have beatin 05 srt-4 with down pipe, intake, and exhaust from a 40 mph with my 07 a couple of times
