I launch at 3200-3300
I never raced my Z prior to the TC and VB...I do know that the stock TC is set between 2650-2900 per Nissan specs.

It was cancelled due to rain....it would of been a great day of racing because there were some pretty bad *** cars there.

Well the end has come to my stock internals motor. I made 2 passes down the track without the nitrous and the car was running strong. My third pass I hit the N20 button (75shot) and I bent a couple rods. Its a very loud lowpitched clunking noise.I checked the motor and theres no oil leaking anywhere, so I'm pretty sure nothing went thru the block.
The 75 shot put me at 500whp so for my motor that was toooooooo
much for the rods.The 35 shot had me at 468whp and I made numerous passes down the 1/4 and it held up well.
I wasn't able to hit the 10's so someone else is going to have to try..sorry

Sorry to hear about your motor coach. I know you will definately hit 10's once the motor is built.

First run was 11.6 and the second was 11.5.
Tom, I would say I'm sorry about your motor but I think no condolences are needed.
You and I have always tried whatever we could to push our cars to the limit and we're aware of all issues that can arise.
I will however, say good luck to you on your build and hope to run against you in the not so distant future...
