Track either this weekend, next or both.
Is that a 60 sidewall?

Pro-stars with ET radials FTW (50 sidewall):

Yes, 275/60-15

The gears are nice and long now. Took it out yesterday when it was about 43 degrees outside and with 32lbs in the tires I can launch it pretty hard and spin a little in first and get a tiny chirp in second. I can't wait to get them to the track with 20psi in them and heat them up really good. Hopefully I can cut some low 1.6 to high 1.5s.

Yeah.....they hook like wild. Honestly it is more traction than I need, but the price was too good to turn down. I have found 15-16psi is ideal thus far.

Wow, these look really sexy. How much would a set up like this cost?

I have a sweet spot for CCW classics, but I can't justify the cost yet.

I need to check if they have a 28" DR for a 16" rim!

My car isnt really driveable on the street right now, but Id take it to the track for a quick pass or two just in time to break it for winter.

marra-good call, thank you!

Damn I may look into a set here soon, I wanna try radials over slicks and see if it hides some of my WOT issues and staying straight.

I will help immensely. I always though I was going to lose control of my car going down the 1/4 with bias plys on the back (It would sway back and fourth pretty good). These radials are nice and stable.

I seriously felt like I was going to lose the rear end a couple times on the back half with my bias ply ET streets (to the point where I would back off the gas). Never felt like that with my BFG DRs.

Would love to get some info on your front set up. I already have 15x8 with et streets for the rear but didn't know I could fit skinnies on the front. What wheel size, tire size, offset ect. Thanks

Cool, i didn't think they would fit with the rx7 rim offset......think i was right cause those 255 already close on rubbing inside with my 25mm spacers.
