Hopefully he got mine and AJ's run on his camera. I'm thinking what I could of ran if I took things out for wt reduction and had DR's.

I had my everything in my car (spare, sub, heavy cpu bag and seat).

I thought it was going to be a crappy day for me on street tires until I started hotlapping then my times kept getting faster and faster.

When do they open for next season?
My best runs at that track were in very cold weather and hot lapping with 3-5 minutes between runs.

Can you disclose your brand and size of the tires you are running?

Opening day last year for T&T was March 7.

That track is fast no doubt, but I think a whole lot of it was the perfect weather for speed and by the middle of the day, pretty decent track prep.

Derek, can you email me my run so I can piece it together into something....thanks.
Cool hopefully he got it.

Yeah we had some pretty close runs. It was definatly fun. If your car wieghed the same as mine you definatly would have beaten me.

Thumbs up

Well, I tried. The Timeslip was crystal clear, but you can't really tell in the vid oh well. I can't really see the timing board, but it doesn't look like the 13.14. Either way, the point gets out lol.

P.S. watch in HQ .

Wow, that is sick! Way to represent the 5AT crowd, AJ. And you're not even tuned yet, right? I'd love to drag my Z, but Englishtown is far and slow. I've seen some really nice cars with great drivers run the crappiest times there.

In any case, if you ever make it out to NYC, let me know.

I ran at Englishtown once, way back when, and was pretty close to my PB there. That was a different car though.

Hopefully If I can get some footage of my car I can put something together tonight. Alas, I didn't take any myself so I am hoping others did.

That is pretty much dead on what Franky was doing, but I think his best time was after letting the car sit for about 30-40min.

There was a guy in a red supercharged C5 running 10's, Pontiac G8GTs were running 12-mid 11's, Jeep SRT8s and SS Trailblazers running 12's.

The slowest out of our group was me in a 3700lb (me included) G35 with a 13.23. I will definately be there when it opens next yr on saturdays only, it was worth the $35 for me. I'm sure the other guys agree also.
wow, sounds like people were really killing it out there

I got your brothers message on youtube....I sent a message to Franky asking if he had any footage. I think that Derek does as well. If they send me the raw footage I will put a quick compilation of his runs together for max.org.

Thanks man. Yeah Im still untuned. I'll be tuned for next season though. I'd love to see what kind of times your car would put down. We need more autos at the top of the list.

I was actually in NY last weekend for a dyno meet. It was hosted by NYCNissans.com. I'll probably be making some more trips up there next year.
